Arabic Subtitles is a service from P4LM inc. for generating Arabic SRT files. You must own or have permission to process the recordings you submit. Do not upload content unlawfully or attempt to bypass access controls or usage limits.
Recognition is automated and may be inaccurate. Review the words, dialect spelling and timing before publishing or relying on the subtitles. The service does not promise perfect accuracy, speaker identification or support for every browser and codec.
The website
A US$5 refill (CA$6.95 in Canada) adds 600 minutes to your minute bank. Files in a batch use your existing balance first. If it does not cover the batch, checkout adds only the 600-minute refills needed for the remaining minutes. Files in the same payment share those refill minutes. Minutes used are rounded up to whole minutes; unused refill minutes remain available for later files. Verify the email used for your refill with a one-time link to recover and spend the balance on another device. A balance lapses a year after its last use. There is no subscription or recurring charge.
The duration limit is set from the recording's length as your browser reports it, and does not change once quoted. If the measured audio exceeds the accepted limit, the project fails and its payment is refunded. Corrections and repeat SRT downloads cost nothing.
Receipts come from Stripe. Contact support@kalemio.app for refunds or billing problems; a completed transcription is generally not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Keep a downloaded copy: unsubmitted uploads expire after one hour and completed projects after seven days. Existing downloaded SRT files remain yours to use subject to your rights in the source material. Product limits and availability can change; material changes to paid terms will be communicated before they apply.

These terms also apply to the Arabic Subtitles: Captions app for iPhone. Apple's App Store terms govern downloading the app and paying for purchases. The rules of use and the accuracy notice above apply to the app too.
Free project and minutes
Your first project is free when its audio is 90 seconds or shorter. After that, transcription uses minutes from a refill: one in-app purchase of 600 minutes, paid once through Apple, with the price shown in your currency before you buy. There is no subscription or recurring charge.
Minutes are counted in whole minutes, rounded up, with a minimum of one minute per video. Refill minutes do not expire while your app account exists. A video in the app can be up to 20 minutes long.
Once a transcript is on your iPhone, editing it and exporting a video, SRT or VTT file use no further minutes.
Your app account
App minutes belong to the app account, not to an email address. They are separate from the website's minute bank: website minutes cannot be spent in the app, and app minutes cannot be spent on the website.
Apple does not restore consumable purchases. To keep your minutes after reinstalling the app or changing iPhone, link Sign in with Apple in the app. Deleting the app account permanently forfeits its unused minutes.
Refunds
Apple processes App Store purchases, so refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For any other billing problem, contact support@kalemio.app.
