Unused minutes stay in your email-linked bank and expire one year after your last use. Verify your email with the one-time link to access the balance on another device. No subscription or recurring charges. A file longer than six hours is not accepted.

Say your balance is empty and you choose one 60-minute recording. Before you pay, the pay bar shows:

Files in the same payment share the 600-minute refills. Two 30-minute recordings from an empty balance use one refill: US$5.00 in one payment, leaving 540 minutes.
Each file is rounded up to whole minutes, with a one-minute minimum. The batch uses your existing balance first, then buys only the refills needed for the remaining minutes.
You are charged in US dollars, or in Canadian dollars in Canada (CA$6.95 a refill). If your card uses another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add a fee.
A completed transcription is generally not refundable. Read the terms
